ReplyDeleteI would have posted a few more comments in the interim, but as you can see, we don't get a huge traffic.
To answer your question, we're still Kanban-ing and finding it very much more efficient than the scrum and XP styles I've used before. The basic idea of minimizing WIP seems to create a totally different sense of autonomy and motivation. Still a long way to go before we're truly measuring things, but I guess we're getting so much out of it now that this hasn't been a high priority.
